We received a check from a financial institution that did not list the name of the account holder. All that was provided was the invoice number. Upon searching on my own and contacting Blackbaud Support, I discovered that there is no existing self-help report that would provide that information. It would be very helpful if we could use the search tool to trace information even based on one piece of information. I suggest adding the ability to search by invoice number.
