Our school year ends 05/23/24. Charges to be added to May accounts are submitted by April 20th since families are given the option to pay on the 1st day of the following month. All charges incurred past April 20th are applied to June (for the 2023-24 school year). I have charges that can be submitted earlier (than June) to be paid in May but it would require families receiving a notification that their May invoiced amount has changed.
