Be able to apply the EC fees to the account with the option to one-time payment, no late fees, payment options (ACH, credit card). Once added to an account, automatically send an email to parents that a new fee is on the account with a separate due date from the Tuition one. Give parents the option to auto-pay this specific fee in the future.
