It would be helpful to be able to add a charge and payment for a "one payment" family if Blackbaud does not have to bill or process a payment.

For example: a "late pick-up" fee that may happen periodically during a school year and the family pays directly to the school. Blackbaud is not involved at all in the process. And I am unable to add this to the family's account.
