When billing families for drop in day care of summer class we need to enter a brief description of the charge: ie. 4 hours Wk of July 16 for day care or Summer Class Splish Splash. If families do not see a reason / description for the charge then we are inundated with calls and emails to explain why the charge has been assessed to the account. This was available with Student Billing. I can't imagine why this ability was not transitioned with Smart Tuition.
I would agree 100%!! This is extremely frustrating!!! It causes confusion for parents and additional work for our office!
