Log changes to Payment Date

Under the Payment Settings, currently any changes to the Payment Date do not generate a line under the 'Change Log'. Adding this feature would be very helpful.

    This Change Log also needs to show us the date on which a family changes the Payment Type (Auto Debit to Invoice, or the reverse, etc)
