Schools must contact their account manager to add, change or remove enrollment fees. This is the only section in Manage Fees and Discounts that requires this intervention and makes the process much more cumbersome than it should be. Please implement the ability for schools to edit these fees themselves without needing someone at Blackbaud to handle.
