Tuition fee has it's own tab for setup, replaces the tuition line on billing details, but in other places it is categorized under "Fees". This should follow either it's own category or replace tuition in these areas.
Example: "Manage families" > here the tuition column is blank, and the Tuition fee amount is added to the fee column. Suggest either replace the tuition column, or an additional column is added called "Tuition fee"
Example: "Edit billing details" > Here they are included in the "Fees" dropdown. It would simplify the process if you added this to the tuition line and choose which fee from a dropdown there, or a new category of "Tuition fee" with a dropdown is created.
