For schools that use Tuition as a Fee, there is a inconsistency of the Invoice Preview showing Tuition on the 1st page and the generated invoice shows the Tuition Fee on the second page. The two invoices are coded differently in that way and we need to have the preview and the generated invoices to be the same to clear up any confusion on now the Tuition is read.
Yes, schools use tuition as a fee because we need to show which grade student is in. If the invoice details showed student name, grade and code, then the invoice preview would be correct in both preview and auto invoicing.
Currently, if you request an "invoice preview" prior to the 10 days before the invoice date, then page 2 shows only "tuition" and the amount.
When invoice is automatically generated, you will then see the tuition fees correctly on page 2:
Example: Tuition 2025-2026 Gr 2 $600.00
As a 2nd request, deleting the tuition with zero on page 1 and 2 would be helpful for families submitting for reimbursement for state grants.
