It would be great if we were able to billing group of students at one time if the prices are different. For example, you have to bill 50 students a lunch bill, at this time you will have to open each account individually and enter the payment one at a time. This is very tedious.
We are working on a self-service import where you all are able to upload your own billing file. It is currently in EAP.
That's what we are currently doing, however since we have different due dates for different families we have to adjust our billing. For example instead of billing January for December 1 through December 30. We will have to move it to December 1 through December 20 so we can send the information to Smart in a timely fashion and it appears on the right billing month.
We bill for Extended Day after school care like this. What we do is create an Excel spreadsheet and have SMART upload it to the particular line item for the particular month. Wouldn't that work for your lunch billing?
