This would be useful as we can direct items to be moved via the action column:  "first month" , "across plan" ,"across tuition months" last month " etc.

Currently in Edit Billing Details.... we can remove, zero out, or spread....The spread would be nice if we can use the other features as non tuition months are included in the spread. This causes manual adjustments to take longer as we are determining the math versus directing the system what to do.
