Our legacy schools still use the late fee report found in JAKE. The schools use it as a means of tracking who's current with late fee payment.  There is no current equivalent report in LUCA and no way to create a custom report version.

Request: Create an late fee report in LUCA with same fields as one in JAKE.  Attached is a sample copy.
