Make some profile fields required before submitting.

At times we will find no Phone number or address blank. But we all have one :) Would love to make this required before some one hits validate or submit!

Ability to add "For Profit" to list of transfer school types

Currently, the transfer/sending school school types are hard coded. We would like the ability to add more types. Specifically, it would be helpful to have the school type "For Profit" added.

Ability to better manage 10+ emergency contacts

If we use more than 10 emergency contacts for a user, I'd like the Manage modal to allow for better drag and drop from the Active column to the Inactive column. Also, the numbers to the left should fit better when there are 10+ since they get cut...

When searching for users in user profile manager do non-case sensitive searching

Seems this is new behavior that case-sensitivity is used ... Easy fix for a momentarily disturbing inability to find someone. This also may apply to other search locations.

When searching for users in user profile manager trim spaces off of the entered value before searching

Often using copy and paste to search and can not find if mistakenly copy extra spaces. Easy fix for a momentarily disturbing inability to find someone. Probably applies to other search locations throughout the system.

We would like the ability to edit the text when a user uploads a profile picture

We would like to set directions before a user uploads a profile picture. We do not want students or parents uploading inappropriate photos.

When Gender>Other is set to Inactive, it should not automatically show up in the applications, inquiries, etc.

If the "Other" option for gender is set to Inactive, it is still defaulting to showing in applications, etc. We would like the option to not be available when we have it set to Inactive.
