Audited courses should not display as "completed in Course Request view to Student
Currently, if a student is audting a course (enrollment type = Audit), that course is displaying as "complete" in their Course Request view. Please update to not show as completed.0

Requests added from the Edit Enrollment screen should auto approve
When adding requests from the edit enrollment screen for a student as an administrator, the request enters as pending and not approved. This causes confusion when looking at the requests pending approval list.0

Allow advisors to approve/deny alternate course requests
When students select alternates, the ADVISOR CANNOT APPROVE IT. This means students may be placed in courses that they were not approved for, such as a choir that requires and audition…Right now there is not a DENY on alternates.
