Checklist Dropdown Visibility
I would like to suggest that if you change something on the checklist dropdown, it changes to a different color so it makes it much easier to see what is awaiting, started, waived or completed.1

When part of a candidate's checklist is is marked as completed it would be great for the admissions counselor assigned to them get a notification letting them know something came in. This way the admissions member can reach out to the candidate.2
