Stop the ability for the Master rollover for Academics from being submitted more than once while it is running.
When doing the master rollover duplicate sections can be created, if the customer hit submit multiple times while it was running as stated in this kb https://kb.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/articles/Article/103337. Can't the system stop this?1
