It would be great to be able to select from the video what the thumbnail would be and not have to upload an image if you want it to be different than the opening shot.0

Add the ability to select or upload a cover photo to the Photo media type.
We like how the video media type has the ability to upload a cover image. We feel this would be a nice addition to the photo galleries. Specifically, the ability to pick an existing picture from a set or upload our own cover image.0

Don't allow videos to be shown on the activity stream till they are done processing.
