The Financial Aid screen displays awards without specifying an award year and term. Finacial Aid shoul be linked through Enrollment and Billing Management.
I have occasionally put a duplicate Financial Aid item on a student account. Deleting it in the Financial Aid area on the dashboard area of the student account deletes it from the transactions but not in Enrollment Management.
