Communication reminder sent for the 10 day reattempt for ACH
The family gets the communication for the 10 day reattempt in the Important Information email. It would be nice if they received a ACH debit reminder for the reattempt. Maybe with the failed payment email.0

Schools should be allowed to turn off the Welcome Letter on their own
I just found out that we can only turn off our Welcome Letter by requesting it from support. We should be able to do this on our own. OR, we should just have the ability to edit the Welcome Letter.0 Under consideration

Add the ability to search for "Is Abroad"
We use that indicator to identify which students are away for a semester, but it seems odd that there is no functionality to make a list of everyone that has this indicator.0

Shopping cart report
Please create a standard report or let a custom report be built that will show when a shopping cart item was purchased. Currently, the only way to do this is to look at the “adjustments” dashboard and export that data. -
Attendance: A way to mark a student as away from a start time to an end time, not a time range for each day. eg. June 1st to June 3rd, leaving campus at 1pm on June 1st and returning at 3pm on June 3rd
In the example that I gave a student leaves campus at 1pm on June 1st and comes back at 2pm on June 3rd. A checkbox to say "off campus" or "away trip" would do it and then put in logic to make the student away all of June 2nd and the correct time ...0
