New Report Card Grade Columns need to have the Wrapping option
So if the column title is longer it will wrap. The only reason this one in my attachment is wrapping is because it is at the end of the side of the page. It is way too cumbersome to try and change each columns measurements. -

Transfer Courses: Autopopulate Course Title with Equivalent Course
