Currently, Exceptions To Communicate handles exceptions when entering requests for any school level or year. We would like this to be handled based on the selected School Level.0

If we make small edits and tweaks to news stories it begins to look like everything is being updated even if there is not a noteworthy update. We would just like to remove the tab or have the ability to add it to stories that are truly updated.0
