Allow *any* student/candidate list for Assign Contract

Assignment center - showing time due

Add a column or filter for Scheduling Snapshots to indicate if they are for the Master or Student schedules
Having this ability would allow us to quickly and easily locate and potentially restore to a previous scheduling snapshot without worrying about accidentally selecting the incorrect one.0
