Why are we selecting a year and contract type, if the system doesn't do anything with it? Please help us speed things along by automating this. The 'Candidate' checklist does not require us to select the Contract type for a 'Contract' step type.0

I would like to have the option in a form field to list 7 or however many choices and have the parent indicate how they would prioritize the choices by numbering them 1-7.
