Grades "Review" Column

Allow teacher prefix to be added
It seems absurd that we can't control teacher prefixes and allow them to show up on classes and schedules. In what world does it seem okay for students to see teachers' first names as opposed to on schedules, classes and report cards?1

Adding total for lates to "attendance history by student" report; to separate it out from excused and unexcused.
