Mail Merge issue generating "Download Letter" after saving

We would like to know if there is a way we can have the "Download Letter" appear after hitting save once you have created a new Mail Merge.

Calendar Details at first glance

I would like to see the Calendar Details at first Glance vs Clicking the Event to see this information such as End time and Location. This used to work in the old Calendar view and I would like this feature back on the Calendar.
