Ability to have Honorary Alum affiliation without Class Year
Our Honorary Alum do not have Class Year affiliations and we would like to give them Alumni Directory access without having to assign an incorrect Class Year in order to make that happen.0

Ability to hide comments from printing on report card.
There are instances when grades are updated that the current comment is not relevant. It would be nice to be able to maintain the comment for our records, yet not print it out on an updated report card. All we can do now is to delete it.0

Alter attendance of record for special circumstances.
It would be useful if we could alter when the attendance of record is taken for a single day in the event of an unexpected circumstance, such as a large amount of traffic causing mass delays or a major weather event delaying when school opens.0

I would like OnRecord to have the ability to customize like blackbaud did. Now the templates for report cards are set and you can't make changes to fonts, bold titles etc. We keep getting less and you keep charging us more. I don't get it. I was told that we could customize, (so the capability is there) but we would get charged for it. This is totally unacceptable.

Separate attendance into columns on report card
The ability to break attendance into columns on the report would be great as a way to save space. I would like to have two columns, one for absences and the others for tardies. Space is always a commodity, and this would help allocated more space ...0

Why are enrollment management actions not auditable?
It would be really nice if we could see who removed a student from a class, even if they selected the 'Error' option! Why can't we view this?0
