Have automated emails sent to parents of student grades.
Our parents used to be able to receive a weekly email of their child's grades sent to them automatically on Monday's. It was convenient for them to be able to check the grades in their email without having to log into the system every time.0

Remove the Suggested Award Amount column from the summary report

I would like to see more options for columns on the Aged Receivables Report to be able to sort the exported file into smaller groups. I would like to choose just students with a specific value in a custom field but school program may also be helpful and possibly others.
This would be helpful if you needed to follow up on account status of a specific group rather than every account. Or possibly different staff have responsibility to follow up with different groups of students.1 Needs review

Break School Form fees down by form in report
I would like for School Fees to be broken down by form in the Processed Credit Card Transactions report. Currently, this only shows as School Forms, with all fees - however, I would like to know which fees were associated with which School Forms.2

Allow Activity Group Managers Access to Roster Report Cards
I would like to have Activity Group Managers as an option under Report Card access. Activity Group Managers need to be able to monitor their roster's academic performance since many of our activities are academic-based.0

Let certain parents be marked as the recipients of school forms, as in the case of divorced parents, where only one parent should receive the forms.
Right now we have about 28 out of 600 parents who are divorced. There are issues if you require only one signature. A parent of a nonresidential household can fill out a form and block the parent who has the real information required.1

Adding Collected in bulk deletes any grades that are already assigned.
If a teacher grades assignments, and then goes to add the collected designation in bulk it wipes out the grades they already entered. This is very frustrating.1
