Quite often, when students submit assignments to myYHS with Google Drive, the file permissions are not set to give me, the teacher, access to the submitted file. This requires me to go back to the student, request access, and the student to add me to the permissions on the file. This should be done to the file when they submit it to the assignment.
The amount of time that is wasted by teachers trying to manage this process is inordinate and many of our teachers are choosing to use Google Classroom instead due to bugs like this. Here is a link to Google's documentation on how to change permis...6 Already exists

Invoices need to have full name of student on them - lots of parents use invoices for official purposes or reimbursement and need full student name and grade.0

Import existing rubrics (Word, GoogleDoc, PDF)
Don't know if others would find this helpful - but some teachers have already made rubrics. In terms of their workflow, being able to import a PDF/Word/etc of the rubric would save some time (instead of copy and paste).2

Customizable File Labels
Please add the option to customize file label templates with Candidate Last, Candidate First, App Grade, Current School, App Year. We have to do crazy amounts of exports for something that other systems offer as a baseline.1
