Change default email address under "email parents" module in SmartTuition
Currently the default is set to someone that does not do the day to day activities through this part of SmartTuition. It would be helpful if it could be changed to a different default.2 Already exists

Paying with a credit card not allowed for tuition payments, BUT can be allowed for shopping cart fees
Shopping cart fees and tuition are two totally separate items and therefore I would like to see the option to allow credit card payments for one and not the other. As of now, Smart has the credit card payment option as "all or nothing". Our school...0 Unlikely to implement

Additional "Applied to" Line Bottom of Edit Billing Details Page
I suggest adding an additional "applied to" line towards the bottom of the edit billing details page. In situations where family fees are not applied it is difficult to keep track of which date/month a fee is applied.1 Already exists

I would like to have the remittance report prior to the date that the funds are deposited.
When the amount has been finalized for the Smart Tuition transfer to our bank, I would like to see the remittance report prior to that transfer date. This would help for internal budgeting as well as forecasting accounts receivable.0 Already exists

Smart Shield email recorded in communications
There is the option to send any family that did not opt-in to Smart Shield during enrollment an email link to do so. This should be recorded in the communications area of the family page so we can confirm it was sent and what it includes.0 Unlikely to implement

Updating ACH on CS/Jake
When it comes to specific accounts that go into permanent block and kicks the account off of ach, it should be easier for the agent to set it back up. An agent can set ach payments back up on CS, and it will clearly say AUTO (CHECKING) on CS, but ...0 Unlikely to implement

Forms - Be able to print all forms associated with each student for all students
The admin staff would like to be able to print all forms associated with one student and also do this for all student. They currently have to print the forms and manually separate all forms out for each student.1

Have student id #s rollover from previous school year
