Allow more characters on the Enrollment Summary report so the full name of schools in the Grade Column can be seen.

Ability to make Rooms Inactive
We would like to make Rooms that we will no longer use, inactive. At this time we can only make the Building inactive. Having the ability to mark Rooms inactive would save time as we would need to recreate an active Building without those rooms.0
