Don't show expired announcements when adding annocuencments in pushpages
When searching for announcements to add into a push page the only search options are things like past 7 days or past 30 days, but the problem is that expired announcements still show up. I would like a search to be all active announcements.0

It would be easier to give skill feed back if an overall comment were possible for that skill vs per assignment
In competency based grading the commenting is done at the individual assignment level. It would be nice if skills could be commented over all as well.0

Please allow Contract Deposits to reflect percentages over 100%

When printing a Contract that includes a 'Logo' block, please do not ALSO print the 'Default Logo'

When Gender>Other is set to Inactive, it should not show up in Applications, etc.
