I would like it if the [testdate] and [interviewdate] placeholders can be written out instead of mm/dd/yyy? The reason I am asking is because we live in Canada and the standard is dd/mm/yyyy here.  So for instance September 1, 2016 instead of 09/01/2016. This would also clarify the date for families. Thank you!
