Manually Entered Inquiries- edit Date/Time

Sometimes we need to put in inquiries manually, usually from notes taken from an in-person interview. Sometimes this means we don't get to put them in until a day or two later. For reporting purposes, we want to make sure these dates are accurate, so we might need to edit them. AT LEAST we would like our admissions staff to be able to see the date the inquiry was submitted without having to build a list.
