Admissions checklist reminder when date is manually adjusted

Please implementation of a feature that allows for the automation of reminder emails when a checklist date is manually changed from the global due date. As an example, if the global due date is set to 10/31 and the date is manually changed to 11/31 for the step with the step having a reminder notification to be sent out 2 days before, the reminder should be sent on 11/29 to the candidate whose date has been manually adjusted.

If this ask is too big, then perhaps give the option to send out a reminder when the date is manually adjusted the same way you currently can when manually changing the contract due date on a student.
