Allow students to be "withdrawn" from classes instead of just "dropped"

Add Transcript Abbreviation or Transcript Category on New Transcript Builder

We need an attendance report that tracks attendance by class period, filters by grade level and excuse type, and can be sorted to show greater than or equal to a certain number of absences.
There is no canned report that provide this data. It is extremely difficult to accurately track attendance by class period, see who has a certain number of absences for purposes of truancy and exam exemptions, and difficult to filter by absence type.0

When entering 'Pre-Recorded' Attendance: Give the option to 'actually' record the absence such that reports can find the course/block/teacher associated
Currently, pre-recorded absences do not become 'actual' until the date-of. Please allow us to choose to make these 'actual' without having to use the 'Class Attendance' method of entry (which don't count as 'pre-recorded' even if done in advance).0

Please let teachers see 'Pre-Recorded' attendance ahead of the date on which it will occur.
In order to properly prepare students for known absences ahead of time, please add this functionality to save our admins from having to make roundabout reports/notifications to share the information.
