When using the Payment Applications Report, if you have applied a credit towards a charge, it will not show up as having applied towards that charge in this report.

If you want to ensure that the charge is fully paid/ cleared, you will not be able to do so from this report.

If I have a charge and it has been paid by a payment from a parent and a credit, then this should show that the charge has been cleared in the Payment Applications Report.
