We have various types of students that we bill through Billing Management. One of our types of students are International Boarding. Statements are created through Billing Management and sent to agents outside of Blackbaud software. I know there are options to turn off payment plan notifications, but we would like a way to turn off notifications for other types of notifications, like past due notifications, for specific groups of students/parents (agents have to be listed as parents because we don't have additional non-familial options in Education Management).
