When downloading a template under manage charges, credits etc, the column headers are there but the student columns are blank. In Tuition Management when downloading a template, it comes prepopulated with all the required student information and we are able to delete who should not be charged based off grade etc. With the blank template, I have to create a student list then copy and paste that information to the blank template to ensure the spelling of all names and ID's match correctly.
