Allow lists to include Last name | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Allow lists to include Last name and first name separately

Names are typically presented as one field, "First Last". This is not a helpful configuration for sorting purposes. This is actually across all modules not just Billing Management.

First name and last name can be separated by selecting columns in student lists, but not transaction lists.
