When a parent goes into their Current Bill, or their statements, the transaction history in those sections shows the student's first name, and doesn't respect the {Firstname|preferred name} option found in the rest of the platform. It would be good to be able to have to option of choosing either preferred or first name in those sections. Preferred names are an option in the printed statement.
