Please remove the lock requirement on all the fields within the Household block for Higher Ed Institutions. For example, the address fields are locked and can't be hidden.

Some HE institutions would like to collect parent names, phone, and email if the student wishes to provide the information.

Currently, if you add the household block, the student must provide an address for the household along with the first name, last name, and email of one parent.
