I think that the attendance system needs to allow for bulk alerts to attendance managers when students are missing from class. For example, if I have five classes running during a period: two students are absent from Class A, three students are absent from Class B, one student is missing from each of Class C, D, and E. If I received individual alerts about these students, I am receiving 8 separate emails.

It would be great to be able to set a summary of absence data that is sent out at a set time into a scheduled period.

Additionally, I would love to have conditional triggers for attendance notifications via the "conduct" tab. For example, if a student is marked absent in Period 2 after being absent in Period 1, this might be expected if the student was on site and our attendance manager needs to resolve the absence with a note from parents.

However, if a student was present in Period 1 and absent in Period 2, I might want this to be elevated to the admin team to locate a student who is either skipping class or may be ill.
