Capability to upload documents in school form submissions

A school form is needed where student must submit the form along with a document or multiple document upload as support for the form purpose. A form block for document upload that can be used multiple times in a school form would be ideal.

Merged I am asking that the ability to add a File Upload Block to the options when creating a form in Core. This availability is in the Nurse's forms and I see the feasibility of using it for some of our forms on the Education side of the house, where we...3 Reviewed: Voting Open
Related ideas
Numerous vendors will only accept their completed release document for an individual to participate. It is wonderfully easy to give parents access to the required document via a form. Providing a File Upload block for an acknowledgement/permission form enabling parents to upload a PDF or JPEG of a completed form would greatly enhance the flexibility of forms. I really do not understand why this option is currently limited to medical forms.
Any thoughts on if this is a possibility since so many are asking?
