School Forms: Ability to upload a document

Ability for users to download forms that are a specific PDF format, need to be printed and completed (or take to a third-party to complete), then submitted back to the school.

Jump bumping this as well as we have a use case as well for 3rd party forms that have to be completed with a physical signature and then uploaded into our regular digital form for the permission to bill parent accounts.

I need my parents to have a secure way to upload documents with sensitive information...right now the only upload is via a medical form, but only the nurse can see those! I need this option to be available in school forms.

Possibly two upload types: Standard and Medical?

We need to collect a 3rd party form for international student insurance. It would be VERY useful to keep this attached to the student record and not just in an email somewhere.

We also need a form completed by a medical practitioner, current school transcripts, and report cards.

This would add tremendous functionality to the forms system and allow a way to get around any form that is too complicated to create in the system. I would love to see this!

    More generally -

    - Submitting back to school may be offline (walked in.)

       - Therefore, need ability for the form to be marked complete by school administrators. If so, need clear UI for recipient, like removing Submit button which could be confusing.
(This would also relate to Idea about giving recipient option to say "no thank you, not applicable." And you would then give Administrator ability to say not applicable, per recipient, which has different implications than complete.)

    - May or may not involve hosting a file. For example, could just involve instruction to "go get this thing from your doctor and hand in at front desk.)

    - Submitting form online (attaching file) nice-to-have. (Keep similar to OnBoard attachment functionality)

    - If file hosted, may or may not be a PDF. Any Download content type would be appreciated.
