Please, please add this to onBoard re-enrollment contracts!! Seems like an easy fix to me! Please!

This seems so easy to implement. Not having this causes all types of headaches for us.

Yes! Yes! Please add the Form Field optiont to all form types!!!! This would be extremely useful on Medical forms that have to be HIPPA compliant. I need more options for specific questions and I can't use the Blank Form because it is not HIPPA compliant.

Absolutely!  There is more information we collect than what is allowed on the form.  For our registration process, instead of sending out 1 form, we must now send out 3 forms to allow for additional information we need that cannot be added to our profile form.  Another instance where this would be extremely useful is on the emergency form.  We'd like to gather 2 phone numbers and an address for our emergency contacts but are only allowed 1 phone number and no address.  Also, everything is locked down.  We are very limited in what we can do on forms.

We would like this on the Profile Update Form, so that we can display the info we have and use the Text Form Field to allow them to list any updates/changes without the changes being made live in the database.
