Give option to automatically remove withdrawn students from Form notifications
It would be helpful to have an option to automatically remove withdrawn students either as recipients or to remove them from receiving notifications. This will save time with schools by not needing to re-enter every form to remove a few users.
Please please implement this. It adds extra work having to either manually remove withdrawn students from assigned forms, or having to respond to recipient parents that mistakenly get reminder emails (which doesn't look great from the school's end).
How on earth does this even have to be requested? I had no idea that students who had been withdrawn would be notified if a form reminder was sent on a form they had been issued. What a nightmare. We are getting calls from withdrawn families asking what the deal is. Totally embarrassing, not at all professional.
