Documentation or "help" popups for what tasks do in Role Management? Merged

It is sometimes hard to know exactly what turning a task on and off will accomplish, short of a lot of trial and error.  Would it be possible for some sort of help tip to show near a task so that you know what you're turning on and off by editing a particular task?
