Task Descriptions - Manage Roles

When doing things like managing roles, I would like to see more info on what the tasks actually do - in the form of directions on the page or popups next to the tasks.
Or possibly if we had some kind of breakdown that could be added to the Help Center for these things, as it is sometimes not clear what task does what.
