Currently when you go to impersonate someone you type in their name and away you go, there is a set of lists generated on the right side that allows you to click a name.  These lists are sorted by role.  As such they become useless quickly, The scroll wheel goes on forever.  Get rid of the  expanded lists, create nested list and at the very top give a list of most recent (last 10) people that were impersonated.
