Add a setting to format the names that appear on the Relationships Tile of the Contact Card

We would like to be able to format the Parent's names on their child's contact card so that it will include Prefixes so that it would display as Mr. John Smith and not just John Smith.

    Can the names show as "Title First "Preferred" Middle Last, Suffix"? At least include the First name.
